- Add support for optional push button for switching between BLE and USB output (wire to GP5 and GND)
- Improve BLE polling rates to 133Hz
- Added build for Pico 2 W (note that due to the latching bug E9, it is expected that some devices will not be recognized at all when plugged into the Pico 2 W)
